Troubleshooting. If client application does not automatically connect to the server, follow these steps:


  1. Launch an application
  2. Select Network settings under Setup menu.
  3. Uncheck the Default server connection option and click Advanced.
  4. Enter one of the following addresses:
    • 10.30.1.243:4307
    • 200.14.54.160:4307
  5. Press OK
  6. Click Login in the menu.

If you have followed these steps and still are not able to connect to the server, please contact your server administrator.

  3. Log in using TrueConf ID and password provided by your server administrator.

How to connect TrueConf Beta for Windows application to the server?


  1. Launch an application
  2. Select Network settings under Setup menu.
  3. Check Connect to TrueConf Server option.
  4. Enter one of the following addresses:
    • 10.30.1.243:4307
    • 200.14.54.160:4307
  5. Press Connect

If you have followed these steps and still are not able to connect to the server, please contact your server administrator.
